  • 100 Sq. Ft.
  • Rates are $5 per square foot + $2 CAM per square foot at a 1-year lease
  • TOTAL: $700 per year

1 Medium Incubator Spaces

  • 1,000 Sq. Ft.
  • Rates are $6 per square foot + $2 CAM per square foot at a 3-year lease
  • TOTAL: $8,000 per year

1 Large Incubator Space

  • 1,200 Sq. Ft.
  • Rates are $6 per square foot + $2 CAM per square foot at a 3-year lease
  • TOTAL: $9,600 per year
